We’re looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our Instagram and LinkedIn presence. This isn’t just about posting content—it’s about shaping our story, engaging with our communities, and making our brands stand out.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and own a social media calendar tailored for Instagram (visual, creative storytelling) and LinkedIn (professional, thought leadership).

  • Produce scroll-stopping posts, reels, and stories for RentScore.ai (real estate + SaaS) and impactful, credibility-building content for NoMoBo (software + business).

  • Build a consistent brand voice and aesthetic while keeping each product distinct.

  • Drive growth by starting conversations, engaging with followers, and connecting with the right audiences (real estate professionals, investors, SaaS users, and business leaders).

  • Track what’s working, experiment with trends, and keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience running Instagram and LinkedIn for brands (bonus if you’ve worked with SaaS, real estate, or B2B services).

  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills—you know how to capture attention and keep it.

  • Comfort with tools like Canva for quick, clean content creation.

  • Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).

  • Data-driven mindset: you love to analyze what’s working and optimize.

  • Independent, creative, and proactive—you don’t just wait for ideas, you bring them.
